Terms of Service

Bobby Rubber Stamp ("we", "us") makes custom rubber stamps, self-inking stamps, pre-inked stamps, daters, and related products to order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & proofs

Every order is custom-made to the text, logo, and layout you provide and approve. Approving your design proof (in the studio or over WhatsApp) is your agreement for us to produce the item exactly as shown. Please check spelling, dates, and layout carefully before approving, see our Refund & Return Policy for what happens after approval.

Your content

By submitting a logo, signature, text, or artwork for your stamp, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in INR and are payable at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
