Refund & Return Policy

Every stamp we make is custom-produced to your approved text, logo, and layout. Because of this, once you approve your design proof and production begins, your order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for a change of mind.

Free replacement

We will reprint your stamp free of charge if:

• it arrives damaged or defective,
• the wrong item was shipped due to our error, or
• the impression does not match the design proof you approved.

To claim a replacement, message us on WhatsApp at +91 70113 78843 with a photo or video within 48 hours of delivery.

Not covered

• Spelling or design errors present in the proof you approved
• Wrong size selected by you
• Delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address

Refunds

Where a refund does apply (for example, an order cancelled before you approve the proof), it is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
